Even this beauty doesn't cheer me up: the lack of sun doesn't make the blue shine like it did other years. I'm still shivering every day and wearing down jackets that are full Tog, like 13 or something.

Joanna- such a beautiful post... the top shot is really lovely. Blue Ensign is one of my most favorite spring flowers... although it does not grow here, sadly. It was a favorite of mine when we lived in Germany.
